National Family Safety
An office building inside KAMC Riyadh to provide administrative and training support areas to the National Family Safety Program. It includes office areas, a call center, an auditorium, as well as training areas and a library.
The building concept starts by dividing the building in two halves. In the middle of these two halves we reach a central sculptural common space, where everything happens, as a crack, where it’s possible to understand the dynamic of the building.
Elements like bridges, vertical circulations and resting areas along the levels facing the central void are subtracted from the vertical wall, creating a space with strong impact.
From the exterior, a continuous façade made of vertical fins uniform the visuals of the building in a simple, minimalistic form with strong impact – a landmark and reference point.
Cost efficiency and sustainable organization are key factors in the building design.
